I want to help you alleviate anxiety, depression, mood swings, substance use, psychosis, and other complex mental health challenges that you or your loved one might be facing. I am passionate about providing comprehensive and quality mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults of all cultural backgrounds. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship with my clients which is founded on humility and respect.

I have experience in medication management, non-pharmacological approaches to care, as well as mental health crisis stabilization. My goal is to empower my clients to face their mental health challenges through constant supportive care, and in a stigma-free environment. I believe in individualizing the plan of care with the focus on evidence-based practice, interprofessional collaboration and client involvement to reach the client’s mental health goals.

I stress the importance of listening to my clients’ concerns and understanding the client holistically which leads to a successful therapeutic relationship. My Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on mental health is from University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL and my primary RN degree from Rush University in Chicago, IL.
